We moved to Orlando in Oct. of 2010. In January my fiance and I decided that we wanted to purchase our first home.
Per my Uncle's recommendation I contacted Mark and Holly to begin the process. I found a few properties online and asked Holly to show them to us. After looking at two properties that I picked, (that were not in family friendly areas) Holly took over the search for us. After looking at about 6 houses we found a short sale that we really liked. We made an offer and it was accepted.
Holly and Mark made the search and buying process as painless as it could be, especially since buying a short sale can be a frustrating process. They made the sale happen and its safe to say we will be going back to them when the time comes to purchase our second home.
